The Company
A Sourcing Partner, Not Just a Supplier
MMY Bags was founded in 2019 in Xihu District, Hangzhou — the city of West Lake, and one of China’s great centers of international trade. We are deliberately a trading company rather than a factory, and that choice is our strength. A single factory can only sell you what its own machines and materials allow. We are free to match every project to the workshop that does it best: structured leather satchels to a Guangzhou atelier that has built them for twenty years, fabric backpacks to a technical bag specialist, evening clutches to a small-goods house with jewelry-grade finishing. Our clients get the right factory for every style, without having to find, vet, and manage each one themselves.
What we actually sell is service and certainty. Every client — whether ordering one hundred pieces or one hundred thousand — works with a dedicated merchandiser who owns the program from first quotation to final delivery. We negotiate pricing, consolidate materials, follow the production line, and stand behind the result. Because we place orders across our entire network every month, we command pricing and priority that an individual overseas buyer rarely can, and we pass that advantage straight into your quotation.
As an export-focused company, we think in your terms: Incoterms, HS codes, AQL inspections, carton drop tests, and the compliance frameworks of the European Union, the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, and the Gulf states. REACH, CPSIA, Prop 65, and UKCA documentation is arranged through our partner laboratories as part of our standard workflow, not as an afterthought. When your shipment leaves the port, it leaves with a paper trail your customs broker will actually thank you for.

When you send us a design, we do not force it through whichever line has spare capacity — we place it with the workshop whose craft, machinery, and material sources genuinely fit the product. One Merchandiser, Total Accountability
You will never chase updates across time zones or translate between a factory, a hardware vendor, and a freight forwarder. Your named merchandiser handles quotation, sampling, production follow-up, inspection, and shipping, and answers within one business day. If anything goes wrong anywhere in the chain, it is our problem to fix — that single point of accountability is the core of our service.
Quality Checked Twice
Our partner factories run their own in-line controls, and then we inspect again. Every order passes an independent final inspection by our QC team — appearance, measurement, function, and packing to AQL 2.5 standards — before it is released for shipment. Third-party inspections by SGS, Intertek, or your own agent are welcomed and arranged at any stage, free of coordination charges.
Export Logistics, Handled
FOB, CIF, DDP to your warehouse — quote the term that suits your business and we manage the rest. Our export desk consolidates sea, air, and rail freight, prepares commercial invoices and packing lists, files certificates of origin, and coordinates with your forwarder or ours. You receive one contact and one invoice from deposit to delivery.
