If you are planning a sourcing trip to China, our office sits in Xihu District, Hangzhou — minutes from West Lake and within easy reach of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport and the Shanghai high-speed rail network. We arrange meeting-room working sessions with relevant samples prepared in advance, and for clients who want to see production firsthand, we organize accompanied visits to the partner factories making your category. One week’s notice lets us prepare everything properly.

Before You Write, the Answers Most Buyers Ask For
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style, which can be split across up to three colorways. For designs using stock materials, we can occasionally accommodate 50 pieces at a modest surcharge. Styles adopted from our ODM collection start at 100 pieces as well, while fully custom materials may carry their own mill minimums, which we always disclose in the quotation.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T with the balance against bill of lading copy. We also accept irrevocable letters of credit for orders above USD 50,000, and Alibaba Trade Assurance for clients who prefer platform-mediated payment. Sample fees are paid in advance and fully refunded against your first bulk order.
How do you protect our designs?
Client designs are covered by the confidentiality clause in our standard agreement, and we sign standalone NDAs on request. Custom patterns are archived under your account and never offered to other clients. ODM styles adopted exclusively for your territory are contractually withheld from other buyers in that market.
Which shipping terms do you support?
We quote FOB Shanghai, Ningbo, Guangzhou, or Shenzhen, CIF to your destination port, and DDP to your warehouse door. Sea freight is standard for volume orders; air freight and China–Europe rail are available for time-critical programs. Our export desk prepares all documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin — and coordinates directly with your forwarder or broker.
How long do sampling and production take?
First prototypes are completed in seven to ten working days after we confirm your specification. Bulk production runs twenty-five to thirty-five days after sample approval and deposit, depending on order size and material lead times. Reorders using retained patterns typically ship in twenty to twenty-five days.
Can you work to our target price?
Yes — target-price development is one of our most used services. Give us the silhouette and the retail or landed price you need to hit, and our team will propose the material and construction adjustments that reach it, with honest advice about which details to protect and which can change without your customer noticing.
Do you support sustainable or vegan materials?
Yes, and increasingly so. Our sustainable library includes GRS-certified recycled PU and nylon, water-based vegan leathers, cactus and apple leather, cork, and OEKO-TEX certified linings. All recycled-material orders ship with GRS transaction certificates, so the sustainability claims on your hang tags are backed by traceable documentation rather than marketing language.

Our Hangzhou office includes a working showroom of current designs, materials, and hardware, and we welcome client visits throughout the year. A typical visit covers collection review, material selection against your target prices, and working sessions with our merchandising and development leads. We assist with hotel booking near West Lake and provide interpreter support in English, Spanish, and French.
Want to see production? We arrange accompanied visits to the partner factories producing your category, with advance scheduling and full access to the relevant lines. Cannot travel? We run live video audits on request — a guided walk of the workshop making your order, with camera access to whichever process you want to see. Third-party inspectors nominated by you are welcome at any stage of any order, announced or unannounced.
